Technology is a great thing!!! I feel as if I'm not doing anything related to Clavier Chanean or Prove Me Now Herewith, but I used Hootsuite (www.hootsuite.com) to schedule posts for Facebook and Twitter for this entire week - until Sunday evening. For those of you who don't know, Hootsuite is a site that let's you manage all your social media in one place. It lets you check your Twitter and Facebook accounts and post to them from one place. I can't speak about other social media sites because, don't forget, I'm new to this and only know about these 2. But...I highly recommend this site for anyone who is engaged in a ton of social media. However...I ran into a technical snag. The first person who helps me solve this problem will receive a complementary copy of everything that I produce this year - books, t-shirts, whatever!!!! (I've already told you that I plan to release 3 books this year...God may have so much more in store for me to do!!!!) The problem is this....my personal Facebook account and the Prove Me Now Herewith Facebook account are linked to my personal email address. When I go to add the Prove Me Now Herewith Facebook page to Hootsuite, it tells me that it already has a page with my name associated with it. I tried to change the email address associated with the PMNH page, but that changed the email address associated with both pages. So while my personal Facebook page, my personal Twitter account, and the PMNH Twitter account are being updated twice daily, the PMNH Facebook page sits idle 8-(. With no access to Facebook at work, and no time during the week at home, I don't get around to giving any of the sites the attention that they need. I can, however, spare an hour on Sunday morning to schedule posts for the week. I would like to get the PMNH Facebook page up and running so that all our media presents a consistant message. Again, lots of freebies for anyone who can help me out with this. Thanx, and if you haven't already.....become a fan on Facebook (Prove Me Now Herewith), and a follower on Twitter (@Malachi310KJV).

I read the most beautiful poem in the VirtueSpeaks' Blog today. It is by Marianne Williamson. It underscores the passion that I have for our little black girls. This is the passion that I bring to my work at the Girls Connection Program at the Boston Learning Center. Enjoy!!

Our Greatest Fear —Marianne Williamson
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other
people won't feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,Our presence automatically liberates others.

OK...I'm coming out of the comfort zone!!! The fan page is up on Facebook. Please, please, please go and become a fan. The page name is Prove Me Now Herewith. I've also created a Twitter account with username Malachi310KJV. This is the crux of the entire project - Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. This is it!!!! Your obedience to God will get you overflow blessings!!! Addition by subtraction, I guess!!! I plan to tweet scripture twice a day. Lelah Hathaway and Kirk Whalum just released a song called "God Is Good" or something along those lines. I am going to have that music playing on the website. This is so exciting. I have the nervous butterflies because as I just said - I am so far out of my comfort zone. I don't know what is going to happen next, but I'm trusting that God is my guide and that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28 KJV) Please continue to pray for me and again, become a fan on Facebook and a follower on Twitter. Thanx!!!

God has been blessing me and my family!!!! For starters, we got the call that confirmed that Chandler's body is producing 100% donor blood, which means that she is 100% cured of sickle cell anemia. Her body is producing only her brother's blood!!!! PRAISE GOD!!!! Thank all of you who prayed for her, called out her name, put her on a prayer list, or in any other way got her before the Throne of Grace!!!! She's been walking around for several days saying that she is better. My aunt thought that she got it from me, but I quickly corrected her and told her that the little girl is claiming her healing!!!!! Secondly, Clarke has applied to 11 colleges. I guess that's the thing to do in 2010. I only applied to 3 and either got in or wait-listed....In any event, she has applied to 11 and has been accepted to Ithaca College, Temple University, and Hofstra University!!! It goes without saying that I am incredibly proud of her past performance and look forward to enjoying the young adult that she is becoming. Lastly, I am in the process of writing my first grant. That was on of my personal objectives for 2010. It will probably be submitted by February 19, 2010. I'll keep you posted on whether it gets funded or not!!! Don't forget....Prove Me Now Herewith will be on Facebook on February 15, 2010. Please become a fan and help me make that site an interactive area for us to share the goodness of God!!! I am unstoppable because Christ is with me!!!! (Phillpians 4:13)

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said "Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase." Well....I am venturing into an area that I have avoided for years - technology!!!! Do you see the "stuff" to the right of the blog??? Guess who did that - you guessed it - ME!!! And I get so excited about it. This is the first step to making the facebook fan page incredibly interactive, including weekly sermons and You Tube videos. 2 Timothy 2:15 says "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." There is always something to learn, and as I tell my children, even if you don't apply it, it is knowledge that cannot be taken away from you. So... no longer will I be calling other desk jockeys for directions or technical assistance - I will seek and find out information on my own!!! to shew myself approved!!! Keep checking http://www.provemenowherewith.com/ and the Prove Me Now Herewith Fan Page on Facebook to see how I'm progressing. Keep me in your prayers and leave me a post at either site to let me know how I'm doing!!!!

So much is going on lately!!! Great news on all fronts - first, Clarke got accepted to Ithaca College!!! I'm not sure if she'll accept, but it is her first acceptance letter and she can officially say that she got into college. I spoke to Chandler's transplant doctor yesterday, and looking at her blood, they don't see any sickled cells at all. If she had to guess, the blood flowing through her veins in probably 96% sickle free!!!! Hallelujah and Thank You Jesus!!!!! We are still waiting for the results of the test that will let us know definitively how much her marrow is still producing and how much Mason's transplanted marrow is producing. I'm not waiting for them - just like the woman with the issue of blood who touched the hem of Jesus' garment and was made whole, my baby is healed!!!! (Luke 8: 43-48 NKJV) Thank all of you who prayed for her!!! God is still in the healing business!!! I am working feverishly to get www.provemenowherewith.com up to par. It is a live site for sure, but I'm working on making it more interactive - as per the social media expert - David Ginsburg. I'm working on creating a facebook page to build a community of those who want to read and share testimonies with each other. There are certainly grand things ahead!!!
